Hi, I’m Holly!

I’m the face behind The Little Grazer – the one styling your grazing tables, answering your emails, lugging platters around town, and pouring all my heart into making food a centrepiece of celebration

A little about me: I’m wife to Mitch (who runs our other business, Rocky Civil & Rail ), and mum to our busy little almost-2-year-old, Maisie and a handful of four legged friends Life is full, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

​

I’ve spent over 12 years in hospitality and 5 in event coordination, so events and food have always been a big part of me. After Maisie was born, I craved a way to still be part of the industry I loved, while creating space for family life. That’s when The Little Grazer was born. What started as me throwing together cute platters for friends has now grown into something I’m so proud of – catering everything from backyard birthdays to weddings, corporate race days, and some of the most special community events in Rockhampton and beyond.

When you book with me, you don’t just get food – you get me. My passion for detail, creativity, and my genuine excitement for your event. I love tailoring each graze so it feels unique to you!
