How much notice do I need to give when placing an order?
Grazing Boxes, a minimum of 1 weeks notice is appreciated, however by that time, we cannot guarantee availability so the sooner you book, the better! Weekends also require some extra notice as we may be booked out!
Grazing Tables, especially on weekends, can fill our days up months in advance. Please get in touch with us to discuss availability.
We understand that things pop up much sooner so please reach out to us as we try our best to cater for everyone!
Attending a Race Day at Callaghan Park?
We now have our boxes available for pre order only on race days.
These boxes require payment and orders one week prior to the race day.
Please use the 'RJC Order Form' for this. For a normal race meeting, you can use the normal enquiry form to make an order.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer free delivery in the Rockhampton, Alton Downs and Gracemere areas.
If you are on the outer suburbs of Rockhampton and even Yeppoon, we may charge a delivery fee depending on the area!
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Of course!!
We can definitely cater for all diets/allergies. If we cannot alter one of our grazing options we have, we can work together to prepare something special to suit any diet/allergy.
We also understand the importance in safe food handling.
