We do our best to be spot-on, but please allow a 30-minute buffer on busy race days.

Orders: All orders must be placed and paid for no later than 7 days prior to the race meeting. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been processed on the checkout page after clicking “Confirm and Pay.” Please ensure the booking name used matches the name provided to the Rockhampton Jockey Club.

Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your event will incur a charge of 100% of the total order value.
